Crash Doors
Crash Doors are a gameplay mechanic in Project: Playtime, and are scattered throughout the maps. Crash Doors are large metallic shutters with a GrabPack handle on top of it.
Usage
Any Survivor can use a Crash Door by firing at the handle. The handle will latch on. Once the player releases the handle, the door will shut after half a second. There is no way for anyone, survivor or monster, to go through the door until it reopens. The door remains shut for several seconds. The player ideally will shoot the handle and then run under it as the monster chases them, which will block the monster from chasing them and allowing them to get away.
Counter
Several Sabotages can be used to affect the Crash Doors. The No Escape will prevent the doors from shutting during the duration, the Total Lockdown will shut the doors and make them unable to be opened, preventing players from using the doors until the duration expires, and the No Pack sabotage will prevent the GrabPack from firing to hit the handle.
Huggy Wuggy can charge a player and reach them before they cross under the door if timed properly.
