VHS Tapes are audio or video recordings that include information relating to the storyline of Poppy Playtime. Currently, there are a total of 6 VHS Tapes in Chapter 1: A Tight Squeeze, a total of 10 VHS Tapes in Chapter 2: Fly in a Web and a total of 2 VHS Tapes in Project: Playtime. They can be collected and inserted into VHS Players that will play an audio or a video, in case it is an audio it will show an image while the audio is playing or in case it is a video it will play.
