Boobytrap is one of the six sabotages featured in Project: Playtime. This sabotage causes multiple Puzzle Pillars to become boobytrapped, harming survivors that try to use them and alerting the monster. This sabotage is beneficial for monsters, as it will alert the monster and damage players, allowing for easier take-downs.

Reliability
The Boobytrap sabotage can be an effective way of taking down unsuspecting survivors. By taking a chunk of damage away from the survivor if they indeed do fall for your trap, you can easily pick off the more experienced ones, which results in faster rounds and chaos ensuing around the map. Sometimes this tactic even results in eliminated opponents - making capturing that survivor easier later on!
