RESTRICTED disappearance 06-18-1992.mp4, otherwise simplified as Restricted Exp. 1170 Incident, is a tape documentary that cannot be played or even seen in any area inside the game. It is exclusively seen on Mob Entertainment's YouTube channel.

The tape plays out as a documentary regarding the tragic events that had occurred on June 18, 1992. In said tape, Huggy Wuggy is caught dashing out of the Playtime Co. factory. Security workers attempt to catch Huggy Wuggy, although multiple people are confirmed dead and remaining workers are listed as missing.

A restricted, edited tape explains the incident that had happened on June 18th, 1992. On this day, Experiment 1170 manages to escape the Playtime Co. factory through an open bay delivery door. Two staff members witness his swift escape and sound the alarms, keeping the company on high alert for Huggy Wuggy.

He travelled nearly a half-mile from the factory before Playtime Co. staff attempts to catch up with him. One employee, depicted as a male adult, is seen driving through the forest in an attempt to catch up with 1170 by driving to the railroad covering most of the land around the factory. He quickly stops when he comes across a creature wandering around in the forest. In an aggressive and swift manner, Huggy Wuggy rams himself straight into their car's windshield, frightening them and resulting in them attempting to shoot 1170 with tranquilizer darts. The man successfully shoots Huggy but dies by his hands in the process; however, 1170 still survives despite this event.

After this attack, the security team began to block and surround 1170 at a railroad crossing. Catching up with Huggy Wuggy, they successfully shoot him with a tranquilizer round in his leg. Unfortunately, he escapes back into the forest. The security team then spread outwards using their increased search radius of four miles; however, their radios became unreliable as they were outside of effective zone.

An unknown security worker can be seen roaming the woods at 11:34 PM, encountering many fresh, dead deer corpses. They then hear crunching and snaps before 1170 appears, staring down at them ominously. It is implied that this security worker was killed - more workers go missing, and it's confirmed that 5 were confirmed dead and 6 are still unaccounted for.

4 hours after the worker was attacked, their camera is seen still recording after the attack, as 1170 can be heard shrieking through the woods. Seconds later, it is confirmed that Huggy Wuggy was caught nearly 4 hours after his escape.

Leith Pierre writes a document explaining how 1170 escaped the factory through the ventilation system, stating it was only blind luck that he was caught before being seen by anyone else. He concludes his document by saying how both he and the Innovation department aren't happy regarding what had happened that night. The VHS Tape ends with Huggy Wuggy looking at the camera while standing in front of a suburban house.

Trivia

• During the tape it is said that two employees witnessed Huggy Wuggy escape; however, he ignored them and focused solely on escaping.
• Huggy escaped at 10:27 PM, June 18th and it is said that it had taken nearly 4 hours to sedate him; however, the scene in front of the house was recorded at 3:38 AM, June 19th. This means the footage in front of the house was taken right before Huggy was said to be taken back to the factory.
• The forest is from an unused map in Project: Playtime.
• Although the RESTRICTED footage tapes are labeled as mp4, this format wasn't created until 2001.
