Warrenbach Construction is a document found in Chapter 2: Fly in a Web of Poppy Playtime. It serves no purpose in completing the game, however, may be linked to a part of the lore. The item can easily be obtained near the Emergency Exit, the same door leading to the Grinder.

Location

Story

The document is from Eddie M.N. Ritterman addressed to the Warrenbach Construction Company in response to previous communication regarding the construction of an underground laboratory. The project needs to be in complete secrecy, only to be known by those with the proper authority at either company. Eddie can offer a ballpark figure of $100,000 in exchange for the secrecy, and is willing to provide the excavation equipment.

Although, the more independently Warrenbach Construction Company can work, the more compensation he can offer to them. Though Playtime Co. would still prefer the lab to be established in 12 months, the more important factor to them is that it is completed the right way. He ends the letter by asking for them to let him know if they agree to the terms and he is willing to negotiate until an arrangement both parties are happy with what is settled upon.

Warrenbach Construction is an old letter with a blue line around the edge. The form reads as follows:

Warrenbach Construction Company,

This is Eddie responding once again on behalf of the Playtime Co. toy factory. Yes, it must be in complete secrecy. This project should only be known about by those with the authority at Warrenbach, and those with the authority here at Playtime.
As promised, you will be compensated very well for this secrecy. Upwards of $100,000, keeping in mind that this is a ballpark figure. We're willing to provide the proper equipment needed for excavation; however, the more independently you are able to work, the more compensation I can offer.
We'd still like to see the lab completed in 12 months time, but what's most important is that it's done right. Let me know if these terms work for you, I'm happy to negotiate until we find something that both parties can be happy with.

Take care,
Eddie M.N. Ritterman

Theorizing

Eddie Ritterman and the Playtime Co. toy factory is read to be extremely urgent for said laboratory with it completely in secret. The laboratory was presumably created in order to continue the experimenting Elliot Ludwig previously tested with before passing away due to his old age. With new management, the company would use its profits to fund the companies experiments and this laboratory is one example.
